The only work on paper Barbara ever placed through Passionate Focus, the Chicago exhibition that gave her the most consistent platform of her career.
An apple tree reduced to its gesture: trunk, spread, and a scatter of fruit, pulled in one pass on the press. Barbara made it at the Braille Printmakers Institute in 2011, and it went out to at least five shows in six years before entering a Chicago collection in April 2018.
