By using www.barbararomain.com ("the Site"), operated by the Estate of Barbara Romain, you agree to these terms.
Intellectual Property
All artwork images, descriptions, and content on this Site are the property of the Estate of Barbara Romain and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print or edition grants you ownership of that physical item only — it does not transfer any reproduction, display, or commercial rights to the underlying artwork.
Products
We offer two categories of goods:

Collector's Estate Editions: museum-grade archival prints released in small, serialized, estate-authorized editions, each accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Open prints (canvas, acrylic, framed, merchandise): produced on demand and not part of a limited or numbered edition.
Edition sizes, numbering, and authentication for Estate Editions are controlled solely by the Estate and are final as stated on each product listing at time of purchase.
Purchases & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.
Limitation of Liability
The Site and its contents are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
